The Rock Gym & Natural Weight Training Centre Birmingham.
Our gymnasium, established over 50 years ago, is a specialist weight training centre with sought after old fashioned values. We are a specialist Weight Training and Martial Arts centre . Our instructors have over 30 years’ experience of weight-training knowledge and tuition and know every member by their first name. Members have training programmes personalised to fit their individual needs and levels of fitness and they all feel that they have access to their own personal trainer without, unlike so many places, any extra charge..
