Please note that Doctors and Staff at HGH and Shirley Road would never attempt to contact patients via Facebook or any other social media. We do use Text Messaging for appointment reminders, simple information requests and surveys.
Patients are requested to telephone before 10.30am if a visit is required that day
Hall Green Health runs a triaged based appointment system, where reception will ask you about your symptoms and pass the information to a Doctor, who will make a clinical based decision and allocate you an appropriate appointment. This could be a call back or face to face appointment with the appropriate clinician either on the day or in the near future.
